The first diseases targeted was glioblastoma, the next were recovery from traumatic brain injury, and cerebral infarction.

These are all intractable diseases for which there is no fundamental cure.

Basic research has yielded effective results, and using these results we want to treat patients as soon as possible.

We are working hard with this goal in mind.

However, it is impossible for a venture company like us to independently develop high-quality iPS cells that can be administered to patients.

Thus, the cornerstone of our business is the activities at CiRA_F.

Higher quality iPS cells will benefit patients suffering from intractable diseases around the world.

They will also benefit venture companies in their research and development.
