• Knowledge Palette and CiRA Foundation executed a collaborative research contract.


• In this research, we analyze iPS cells and iPS cell-derived differentiated cells of the CiRA Foundation using the single-cell transcriptome technology of Knowledge Palette to clarify the characteristics of the cells. In the future, we aim to promote further industrialization of iPS cells by realizing simpler and more stable production as well as quality control of iPS cells.


• For your information, an initial discussion of this collaboration was originated from the "Regenerative Medicine Open Innovation Seminar" held in Kyoto City by the Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, Kyoto City, Advanced Science, Technology & Management Research Institute of KYOTO (ASTEM), and CiRA Foundation in December 2021.
