当財団が中心となり、iPS細胞の品質評価に関する世界初の国際的な取り組み（QAR：品質評価ラウンド）として、QAR 2019（18施設、11カ国）とQAR 2023（23施設、12カ国）の２ラウンドからなる、iPS細胞の遺伝的安定性及び未分化状態の評価の多施設検証を行った。これにより、信頼性の高い未分化状態の評価マーカー及び、再現性のある品質管理の国際調和に向けた実証的なエビデンスを構築した。
